Terms & conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on omprint.com (omprint.in), operated by [Registered business name], [Workshop street address], [City], [State] [PIN]. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. An order is confirmed once payment is received; you'll get a confirmation email with your order number. If we can't make an order (for example, a technical problem with a photo), we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Your photos and text

• You confirm you own the photos you upload, or have permission to print them.
• We may refuse to print content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive, and will refund you in full.
• We use your photos only to make your order (see the Privacy policy).

Print quality

We show a print-quality check for each size. If you choose to order at a size where we warned the photo may look soft, that result isn't a defect. Screen and print colours can differ slightly.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes
