We make your order in our workshop within 1–2 working days of payment, then the courier takes 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode. Shipping is free across India, and we send you a tracking number when it ships.
Does the clock tick? What battery does it use?
No ticking — it has a silent sweep movement. It runs on one AA battery, which is included. The hands in the preview are only there to show the look; the real clock hands are fitted in our workshop.
What comes in the box?
Your piece with protective film on both sides, corner guards, clock movement + AA battery, packed in a rigid box.
Will my photo print sharp?
We check every photo against the size you pick and tell you before you order if it may look soft. Original photos from your phone camera work best — photos sent on WhatsApp and screenshots lose detail, so use the original where you can.
Will it look like the preview?
Yes — your print is made from the same design you see on screen, at full printing resolution. Tap “On my wall” to see it at its real size above a sofa. Colours can look slightly different between a glowing screen and glossy acrylic.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) and we'll reprint it free or refund you in full. See returns & refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, until we start printing it. After that it's personalised and can't be cancelled.
How do I clean acrylic?
Wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth, dry or slightly damp. Avoid paper towels and glass cleaners with alcohol or ammonia — they can scratch or cloud the surface.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to print your order and are deleted 60 days after delivery. We never use them for advertising. See our privacy policy.
