Privacy policy

[Registered business name] ("we") runs omprint.com. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why

• Name, phone, email and delivery address — to make and deliver your order, send order updates, and help with any problem.
• Your photos — only to print your order. Before you order they stay on your own device; they are uploaded only when you check out.
• Payment — handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details; we receive only a payment reference.

How long we keep it

• Photos and print files are deleted 60 days after your order is delivered or cancelled.
• Order records (what you bought, amount, address) are kept as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years).
• Photos from checkouts that were never paid for are deleted within 3 days.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (name, phone and address for delivery) and our email provider. We don't sell your data or use your photos for advertising.

On your device

Your cart and chosen photos are stored in your own browser so they survive a refresh. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@omprint.in. We may need to keep order records the law requires.
