Shipping & delivery

We deliver across India. Shipping is free on every order.

When your order ships

Every piece is made to order in our workshop. We print, cut, check and pack it within 1–2 working days of your payment being confirmed (Sundays and public holidays excluded).

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on the Track your order page with your order number and phone number.

Packaging and damage in transit

Acrylic is packed with protective film, corner guards and a rigid box. If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a short unboxing video or take photos and tell us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll reprint and resend it at no cost. See Returns & refunds.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we can resend it once the courier charge is paid.
